Hi friends, thanks for dropping by! With Fall approaching fast, I’d thought I’d share with you a quick DIY on how to make your own essential oil candles. This simple project is perfect for anytime of year and also make the best gifts for loved ones!

Hot Glue Gun
Use a hot glue gun to glue down your candle wicks in clean jars.
To make sure your wicks stay straight use a straw or popsicle stick until wax hardens.
Place your pouring pot in a larger pot filled with water on stove. The water should only be about an inch above the bottom of the pouring pot, I used a metal cookie cutter to keep the pouring pot off the bottom of my pan. I kept our stove on high, but stayed by it to keep watch as the wax melted.
After my wax melted I added my essential oils. I listed a few of my favorites down below.
Then simply pour wax into the jars.
Since the jars can get pretty hot I kept them up until they completely cooled down. Make sure to trim the wick before use.
I love that the jars came with little lids to keep them clean when not in use. They also stack making it easy for storage!
Here are a few of my favorite blends.
