Spring Tablescape Blog Hop

Hi there! I’m so glad you stopped by for our Spring Blog Hop. This year I decided to make our Spring tablescape more kid friendly, so decided to throw a little Spring party outside to welcome the season.

I knew I didn’t want to spend a lot of money so I tried to use what we already had and created a few DIY projects for this fun get-together for the little ones. Most of these projects can easily be used for Easter brunch as well!

For the table decorations, I found a lot of cute items at Target in the dollar spot. From paper straws to adorable ceramic bunnies, Target had so many cute options and with prices between $1-5 it was a steal!

I also created this simple floral wreath using this amazing tutorial from Julie over at Less Than Perfect Life Of Blisss to add more charm to the space.

From bunny shaped sandwiches to fresh strawberry lemonade, I made sure to have lots of treats that welcomed Spring. The little ones even made chocolate covered strawberries to look like carrots, although they did not turn out as planed, they still tasted good lol!

What party wouldn’t be complete without fun party favors? I decided to make these adorable bubble wands to look like carrots and also give the kids something fun to do outside.

And of course, you can’t forget the cake! Little miss and I decided to add a little surprise to brighten up our simple cake.

I think the kiddos loved it!

Thanks so much for stopping by and don’t forget to check out the other wonderful ladies on the Hop!
